McCarthy Masons Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

All McCarthy Masons items are handcrafted tallow-based cosmetics made with natural ingredients. For hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, we cannot restock or resell any items once they have left our facility.

Please note that our products are made with natural fats and may soften or liquefy in warm temperatures during shipping or storage. This does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the product. If this occurs, simply stir or shake as needed and allow the product to cool at room temperature or in a cooler environment until it re-solidifies. Natural Products Should Behave Naturally. 

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
